We had the good fortune of connecting with Juliette Greindl and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Juliette, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
It all started with my love for jewelry. Before moving to Bangkok with my husband and our 3 kids, I had been working in advertising for 15 years. But once we relocated, I had to leave my job, and suddenly, I had free time on my hands.

I started tinkering with jewelry designs for fun, making pieces for myself, and chatting with people about them. The more I got into it, the more friends and acquaintances encouraged me to think about starting my own jewelry brand. Plus, being in a city with talented craftsmen and workshops was a fantastic opportunity.

So, I decided to take the plunge and create my own jewelry brand.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’d be delighted to share more about my business. What truly sets us apart is the inspiration behind our designs, which draws directly from my personal experiences with nature and travel. Each piece we offer is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in an ethical and sustainable environment.

We take pride in our commitment to using recycled materials such as 925 silver and 18k gold, resulting in a demi fine jewelry collection that not only boasts lasting quality but also carries a unique story. Our aim is to create pieces that not only adorn but also transport women on a journey through their own experiences and adventures.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
To be honest, I’m still relatively new to this sprawling city, as my family and I arrived just a year ago. However, what I’ve discovered so far is that the best experiences in Dallas often revolve around spending quality time with our loved ones.

One of our favorite pastimes is taking our dog to beautiful parks like White Rock Lake, where we can all enjoy the outdoors. We also find the Dallas Botanical Garden to be a lovely place to visit.

If you’re looking for a quintessential Texan experience, the Fort Worth rodeo is an absolute must-see. Additionally, catching games featuring the Texas Rangers, Mavericks, or any other of the great sports teams in their respective stadiums is a thrilling experience.

When it comes to dining, I love Le Bilboquet but also Knox bistro, Bistro 31 and R&D Kitchen. And if you’re into shopping, Lovers Lane is a fantastic street with a variety of great shops to explore.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
When it comes to recognizing those who’ve been instrumental in my journey, I have to start with my incredible friends in Thailand and Belgium. Their belief in me has been a huge boost.

However, the person who truly deserves the lion’s share of credit and recognition in my story is my husband. Being a ‘mompreneur’ can be quite the ride, and he’s been my rock through it all. Whether things are soaring or I hit a rough patch, he’s always there, supporting and encouraging me. I owe a big part of my success and the pursuit of my dreams to him.
