We had the good fortune of connecting with Jason Dyer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jason, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Just to create an Organic Jalapeno Jelly that anyone could eat and not worry about allergies like me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Here at Dyer’s Desires, we take pride in our ingredients. We have a low sugar, ALL ORGANIC, pectin free jelly, that is surely addicting! With three levels of spice, and can go on almost anything, from breakfast to dinner. It’s sure to hook even the pickiest of palettes! We’ve worked to perfect the taste bud explosion that you will soon come to know, and love! This jelly is only the beginning of the delicious toppers we have created, so hang tight as more products come to the table! We are in the Dallas Fort Worth area, and just like anything in Texas our flavor is BIG!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Two of my favorite restaurants in my area is…

Baja Cantina, 8245 Precinct Line Rd #230, North Richland Hills, TX 76182

Niki’s Italian Bistro, 5249 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76180

after dinner would probably be drinks and dancing around the Fort Worth Stockyards! That would turn into an amazing night!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
