Hi Serena, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Dipped With Love Tx was consistency and doing everything from my heart. Writing down events and holidays was a great way to also prepare supply wise.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets Dipped With Love Tx apart from others is the importance and details that is put into each and every item we make. We focus 100% on providing freshness, cleanliness, and smiles to every customer. Our customers are our number one priority and we strive to offer the best service and products. Something that I am most proud of is how I started from nothing and grew day by day. There was a point where Dipped With Love Tx would go weeks without orders but posting on social media and advertising was a great way to break that cycle and gain more clientele. One of our goals is to always remind our customers that they are special and our company is slogan is “Dipped With Love, For Those You Love”. A couple lessons I have learned along the way are to always work from your heart and simply do what you love. Working from the heart not only reflects on our products but our customers can see and taste the amount of focus, freshness, and details put into each order, as well!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in the Mansfield, Texas are definitely historic downtown Mansfield, Mansfield shopping center near historic downtown and Rose park.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I wanted to give a shoutout to my family and customers that are always so kind and eager to support my small business from day one. As Dipped With Love Tx continues to flourish and grow, I know I have the support of these amazing people! Thank you!
