Meet Rocio Vilchez | Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rocio Vilchez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rocio, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought part was no having clients to start with and nobody knew us.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In the cleaning business we might can say all people know how to clean, but that’s not completely true, when we clean we want to give the best of us doing our job, when our clients come back home after a long day, they feel relaxed to have a nice and clean home, what a gift after a long day. we are proud of what we do and make us happy to know our clients are happy as well. Recently we had to challenge the COVID-19, and the hard part was to get help enough help to fulfill our schedule, it was hard because we always look for employees who share our passion on this service, isn’t easy to get them, now we have two teams who’s share this passion with us and bring more satisfied clients.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First thing well do for dinner will be visit this Peruvian restaurant ‘LIMA TAVERNA”, Tex Mex Restaurant ‘LA MARGARITA” (They have the best margaritas in Irving), visit downtown, there are many places to see there, and of course if the visit pass Sunday we’ll go to Mass at our Parish near home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Everything started with my husband employer Who had problems calling my name (Calling me different ways and never the right way, so he started calling me Rosie instead of Rocio because was easier for him), He’s name is Brad Hughes and He always supported us to start our own business and recommended with his friends. It was a great start. Also of course my husband’s support all the way, he now works with me full time.
