Hi Missy, what principle do you value most?
Uncompromising quality & made locally in the USA. As a Mom and conscious consumer, I was shocked to see how many items were made in China and were also cheaply made with questionable materials. By utilizing the brilliance of local businesses, Brilli Baby ensures collaboration to make the highest quality product for our customers. We know the incredible responsibility that our products go in our customer’s mouths, including babies. I have so much pride that our products are made in the USA and packaged by Achieve, an adult disability workforce center in downtown Dallas! The love and pride that Achievers put into each product is unparalleled! Brilli Baby will never cut corners or partner with local businesses that don’t share our common goal!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Throughout my professional career in pharmaceutical sales, where ethics and quality are paramount, my biggest goal is to ensure the most appropriate patient gets the product they deserve. Brilli Baby’s goal of uncompromising quality and ethics was centric to creating solution-based inventions with sustainable materials and outstanding partners. In the beginning, I was challenged by fellow peers, telling me to start cheaply and make our products in China. I am incredibly happy that I stuck to my goal of only utilizing local businesses. Our Brilli Baby story is simple, be intentional as you create inventions and products that have the most beneficial impact, and don’t ever compromise quality. Our family and professional mantra is to be the light!

Dinner – Javier’s for a yummy, fun dinner & ending with a delicious flaming Cafe Pierre served with my lavender & aqua HotSips reusable straw! For fun, love taking my friends on a hike, paddle board & kayak on Lake Grapevine. Love the natural beauty we have in the heart of the city! Love visiting Central Market to grab yummy treats for a picnic, including a delicious wine happily recommended by their staff! Then love to come back to our house and laughing & hang on the patio with a yummy Aperol Spritz & my pink & aqua HotSips reusable straw (of course), as my hubby grills a perfect meal! Always love to find a new adventure, like learning how to be a beekeeper! The best part of living in Texas is being able to hang out outside all year round!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My overwhelming shoutout is to Achieve, the adult disability workforce center in Dallas! My favorite is walking into Achieve and seeing all the smiling, joyful faces of Achievers so happy to be at work! The leaders at Achieve are incredible at creating a collaborative, learning, and prideful environment. I love how much love and care each Achiever puts into each Brilli Baby product!
