My definition of success has changed quite drastically over the years. For a long time I was really bothered by the fact that I didn’t complete what I originally set out to achieve. I decided to train and complete my first half marathon to get routine, competition, and exercise back into my life because I knew those things would make me happy. I set the goal and completed my first half marathon (under goal time too!), but more importantly I took care of myself and got my health back. I consider it one of my successes because I made a plan on how to achieve goal and accomplished it with the support of family and friends. Read more>>
