Meet Zeke Forever | Artist, Producer & Graphic Designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zeke Forever and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zeke, why did you pursue a creative career?
Honestly, I had no other choice. Music was always my remedy for any situation in which I found myself. I think music is the way I properly express myself.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Growing up in a family that practically breathed music, I can say it’s in my DNA. A massive shout-out to my mom, who not only passed on her musical talents but also taught us the art of songwriting, especially for those memorable church events. Those moments crafting tunes with her are etched in my memory, and that’s when I knew this was my path, even as a wide-eyed kid.
My musical journey kicked into gear when I got my hands on a Wii game with a microphone. I figured out how to record on my computer and the rest seems like a fever dream.
The biggest adversary I’ve faced is, well, me. There’s this constant need to prove myself, which is needed but not all the time. It’s a balance I am trying to manage.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We’re going to It’ll Do Club, especially if Meet Me Underground is having their event. I’ve been now a couple of times and it’s the best way to lose yourself in the music.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Michael McWilliams – The real OG, my father is one of my biggest supporters. I watched this man chase his dreams against any odds with a smile. It’s really cool to be a witness.
