We had the good fortune of connecting with Will Frederick and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Will, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My father was an entrepreneur and the thought of owning my own business has always been in my blood. Health and wellness is a huge passion of mine and I discovered Perspire Sauna Studio in Austin, TX one weekend. After doing a 40 minute session, I felt incredible. I knew right away I wanted to bring this amazing experience to Fort Worth.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our infrared saunas use near, mid, and far-infrared waves which gently heat the body from within, instead of the air around you. Allowing you to stay in for a comfortable and successful 40 minute sweat session. These full-spectrum waves are able to deeply penetrate the skin, muscles, joints, and tissues to improve blood circulation, oxygen flow, and help detoxify the body by removing impurities at the cellular level where bodies store waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals. Our goal is to ensure you leave feeling better than when you came in!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My dad passed away 10 years ago and he was always my biggest fan as well as someone I respected and admired. Whenever tough times come around I always try to reflect on how he would approach the problem at hand. He was a great mentor and gave me a lot of great advice. My goal is to make him proud.
