We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Guerra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve always wanted to start my own business and be my own boss. I have done so much in so little time trying to figure out what I absolutely love doing. From making custom tshirts to custom epoxy creations to not liking it at all. My first job ever was party city and I learned to deal with balloons. My co-worker at the time needed a balloon arch made for her baby shower and asked me to help. I really was going to tell her no I can’t just because I was being lazy not realizing I would be so thrilled with it all and making it my forever business. I Promoted that I will start making balloon arches for donations. Well let’s just say my inbox started booming and has made my small business success in so many ways I can’t even believe it. What I love most is seeing my clients reactions when I tell them I’m done. it makes me feel accomplished and happy that I get to be a part of something special for people’s special events …

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Every set up is a challenge but who doesn’t love challenges? Creating balloons arches and seeing the smile on a clients faces is all I need. Even when it’s perfect I try and find ways to make it even better.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My success came from all my clients and support team. From the shares to the likes to just simply watching my content has got me where I am today. I have a couple shout outs from the start of it all.
My soulmate, my better half. He has been with me through it all and has stood by my side no matter what. Yes he gets fired from time to time but he is my go to person.

My family for always rooting me on and helping me last minute when needed.
