We had the good fortune of connecting with valerie crowson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi valerie, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
The end goal career wise would be for my work to be published in major magazines sold everywhere. I want my work to be on billboards all over the world! I want to one day walk into a well known store and see my picture on display!!!!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
what keeps me busy professionally is planning out my photo sessions. From scouting for the perfect locations, to writing out the exact shots I want. I like to create mood boards as well and send them to my clients  so they will have an idea for the vibe we are going for!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am not going to lie, i am a bit of a home body so I don’t know the cool spots to hang out. i am trying to change that and explore more this year. but i do know a couple of good places to eat lol! My favorite pizza spot is Tony’s Pizza and Pasta in the Colony! Make sure to start with the cheese sticks, they’re delicious!!! And in my opinion one of the best burgers i have had here was at Kenny’s burger joint in frisco!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband Gary, deserves a HUGE shoutout! He has supported me throughout this whole journey! He has actually taught me a lot of what i know! He’s my mentor and my best friend! Awwww lol
