We had the good fortune of connecting with Tev Bienaime and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tev, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I was born in Brockton Massachusetts where I grew up as a foster child along with my siblings. Fortunately, in my younger years, I was adopted by a wonderful family, the Figuerado’s, who raised me in the city of Swansea, Massachusetts. The Figuerado’s helped shape me into the resilient hard worker I am today, in which I will always be grateful. Upon obtaining a bachelors degree, I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer shortly after and since have been training in Downtown Boston Training anyone from pro athletes to the elderly (Prehab + Rehab). While currently training to further my football career I am also just as passionate about helping my clients and followers reach their ultimate personal fitness goals.Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Every day, I wake up with great energy and motivation to share with those around me. My training focus includes high-intensity interval training, prehab + rehab technqiues, strength and conditioning and explosive workouts. I use my Instagram profile “TheFastFitness_” as a way to share my workouts, motivate and inspire those seeking a fitness lifestyle. I’ve gotten where I am today because I love to serve and help others build the confidence they need to become a better form of themselves through health and fitness. It is not an easy task working with people to change habits they’ve been so embedded in for so long but I love the challenge. I overcame the challenges by being consistent, understanding, and communicative. I would love for the world to know that there is no better feeling than knowing my clients know and feel they can partake in physical activities with their significant others for an extended period of their lives. As far as my brand is concerned, my goal is to become some sort of mogul for young people, so they know what it takes to become successful in this competitive world we live in. The youth is our future. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love this question! The first place I would have to take my friend would be the East Boston Waterfront. If you are looking for the best view of the whole city this is the place to be. We would then take a ride to the North End for some Reginas Pizza, some of the best pizza in the US. While we are in the north end we could take a stroll through the history of the US to where Paul Revere lived and check out some of the other historical landmarks like the Boston tea party ships and the Esplanade. Fenway park, and Harvard square are also awesome spots for food and scenery as well. We could get us a drink somewhere nice like committee in Seaport! Hanging out in this area is ideal!Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a huge shoutout to Darren Williams first for getting me involved with the Dallas community! I also would love to give a shoutout to all my fellow trainers throughout the industry of fitness and strength & conditioning. I have met some pretty inspiring individuals from my days at Equinox Sports Club Boston and I have been blessed to come across some amazing traveling trainers as well. My mentors also Kevin, Antwon, and Gerald they have made a tremendous impact on my life thus far. Every single one of my clients that I have trained to this day I want to thank every single one of them for the experience we are having currently and to those who may have moved away from Boston. They have really helped me become the loving, caring, and hardworking human I am today. I had to save the best for last, my girlfriend she has been there for me through thick and thin in my journey in life I couldn’t ask for a better person to have by my side.
