We had the good fortune of connecting with Terrell Bowser and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Terrell, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting my business was that at that time I was going through a major transition in my life and my current job (which I still have now) wasn’t resonating with me like it had been. I had recently missed an opportunity that I had been trying to get for some years like over 10 plus years and when it presented itself to me, I was going through some legal things which hindered the process because my court date got pushed and they weren’t able to hold the job till the outcome of court which ended up being in my favor. So, feeling kind of lost and stagnated I started really seeing what I could do to start my own legacy. After being in thought for a while I told my wife one day that I was going to start an oxygen bar and name it The BreatheEZ! What started out as a joke actually manifested itself and that became my business which also grew into much more and other businesses (BreatheEZ Living & The VeegEZ “Vegan Made Easy”) that I do now! Some years back I remember seeing them in Vegas, but I never put that much thought into them then. It wasn’t till I stop drinking and started attending AA that I remembered being at a school when I was in the military that taught us the benefits of oxygen and utilized it to sobered us up from hangovers before class that I started thinking about how this could help people sober up but not only that, help with clarity and focus of the mind, ease tension in the body, and holistically help in natural ways the same thing that medications do! I also do a lot of meditation and breath work and I know what that does to our mental, physical, and spiritual so I thought, breath work with oxygen is a win/win situation! I’m also a Published author the name of my book is The Resurrection of S.E.L.L.F. which stands for Spiritually Enlightened Living Loving Frequency. The book is my autobiography told from the consciousness up until this point in my life. It touches on so many aspects of life and the shaping of it and how to work through past traumas! It is definitely a MUST READ!!!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
To dive in a little more about my business The BreatheEZ, it is an Oxygen Bar where I specialize in Aromatherapy and have over 10 different aromas to choose from like Bliss which is a bergamot and ginger, Serenity which is a lavender aroma, and Mango madness just to name a few. Some of the benefits of The BreatheEZ Oxygen Bar is it heightens concentration, alertness, memory, supports athletic performance. Relieves muscle stiffness, headaches, hangovers, congestion (I have aromas like eucalyptus and wintergreen peppermint) anxiety, depression, clarity, focus, fatigue, recovery, and circulation. BreatheEZ Living is my Mentorship/Life coaching business where I specialize in spiritual mentorship, business mentorship, conscious eating mentorship, and life coaching in general and I’m available by virtual sessions to so that I can connect to people no matter where they’re at! The VeegEZ “Vegan Made Easy is where I do plant-based private cheffing, plant-based weekly meal prep, and prepare plant-based meals throughout the month. There’s a lot of people out here that want to get an innerstanding of how a plant-base diet works, looks, and taste like so I provide a service that feels like home! Getting where I am today business-wise has been such a journey! Through this process I have learned to love the process and in doing so I have just stayed in the present moment knew that I was already what I was seeking and handling what I needed to do in that moment to be where I am now in this moment! Was it easy, depends on how you look at things! For me there’s trials and tribulations in everything I do, I don’t have failures only lessons and I’m a quick learner now!!! So being vibrationally aligned with purpose, my purpose, it comes naturally and EASY, hence the names BreatheEZ and VeegEZ! Every challenge is a learning point, so I just learned from what it was that was challenging and applied that knowledge to the situation and overcame it. A few lessons I’ve on my journey is 1) Never sale yourself short or dumb down who and what you are no matter what’s presented in front of you and 2) Speak through action not words, everyone doesn’t deserve to know or be a part of what you have going on! It was many lessons, them 2 hit the hardest for me! The world will see and know that everything I am my brand is, AUTHENTICALLY INSPIRING, and the story is the connecting dots! What I think I become, What I feel I attract, and What I imagine I CREATE!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being that I leave in Clarksville, Tennessee I would take them around to a couple of my partners homes cause that what we like to do here. I would definitely take them over to Mind, Body, Wellness for a delicious plant-based shake, my soul sis Nichole is the owner of that spot. Going out I would definitely take them to Nashville, Tennessee to the African American Music Museum which is located downtown Nashville where we could club hop, shop, and grab some lunch at the Assembly food hall, so many choices and the atmosphere is dope! Take them by Opry Mills Mall where I first opened my business up to see shop as well! And I would definitely take them by Trippy’s Dinner for some amazing vegan eating!!! Shout out to Chef MicTrue the owner of Trippy’s Dinner most definitely! Outside of that this area has a lot of functions, festivals, etc. that we could hit depending on the time of year they visit. I’m pretty simple dude! Lol!

First, I would like to thank the creator for enlightening me, guiding me, and showing me exactly who I am. I want to thank all my ancestors that came before me for mapping and engineering the structure of my DEA(DNA) giving me an infinite amount of knowledge and wisdom to explore. I want to thank my loving wife for being present in my life and showing up every day with fight and love even when there seemed to be no fight left. For being the balance that I couldn’t see in myself. For putting our family first regardless of my actions and having the strength to carry us both when I was too weak to carry myself. I want to thank all my children for loving a father that didn’t always know how to show that love back and for keeping me motivated. I want to thank my mom for always having my back and loving me through all of her pain and mines and being the example of unconditional love even when I couldn’t see it. I want to thank my brothers for being by my side loving me, molding me, and always having my best interest at heart no matter how it was conveyed. I want to thank my dad for being the person he has always been throughout my life and the life lessons he taught me. I want to thank all my family members who has had a direct impact on my life, without you all getting me through times when I felt I had lost everything I am forever grateful. To all my close friends that I had the pleasure of growing up with either in childhood or adulthood I truly appreciate all the love, guidance, and support you gave me, that to me was unmatched and the biggest gift someone could ever receive. I want to thank all the god and goddess that has had an impact in my life from the subtle words of books to the vigorous videos of enlightened messages, to the creative arts of materials, to the majestical healing instructions, and the consistency of being your true selves and committed to your own spiritual journey which led us to cross paths!
