Hi Tenesha, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
The path to success? It’s more like a winding trail than a straight line, especially in an industry tangled with gender gaps and scant minority presence. So, how did I carve my way through these barriers? By transforming into an unstoppable force—constantly sharpening my skills, forging a diverse network of allies, and turning my unique perspective into my superpower.

Choosing to dive into discomfort wasn’t easy. It took guts, a rock-solid belief in my own worth, and a relentless drive to show the world that success doesn’t play favorites with gender or background. It’s up for grabs for anyone bold enough to challenge the status quo and blaze their own trail.

Jumping into entrepreneurship was just the beginning. Committing to being a lifelong learner and deliberately stepping into challenging, often uncomfortable situations? That’s the secret sauce. Looking back, it’s these choices, as unconventional as they seemed, that fueled my growth and propelled me forward.
