Hi Tempest, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I don’t think about it, I JUST DO IT! What can happen? Risk-taking will allow you to identify who you ARE as a person and/or who you CAN become. Taking risks has allowed me to position myself to be able to create generational blessings in myself and my family lives. Also, I’ve been able to travel the world to speak, work with 6 and 7-figure owners, gain confidence, overcome my fears, and allowed me to create revenue by doing what I love.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am Tempest Welch a native of Monroe, Louisiana who now resides in Dallas, Texas. Growing up, I have always been a creative person and always wanted to help others build up their growth and take it to the next level. This is what lead me to building a Brand Company. Stormy Co was established in May 2020 and since then we already helped hundreds of clients that managed to scale their business and their branding efforts. The number one challenge I had face was needing guidance, assistance in building my business, attracting my ideal client and improving my online presence so I hired an expert. That’s when I noticed my ideal client which are accountants needed help, assistance and guidance when it comes to growing their business, and we are here to assist every time. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was to visit, I would take her literally everywhere.

Sunday, 5:00 pm – Upon arrival I will arrive to pick her up at the DFW airport, we will get home shower, cook and eat dinner and while discussing the itinerary for the week.

Monday, 8:00 am – We will wake up and eat breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to the gym and workout. Once our workout is complete, we will go get dress and get our day started.

11: 00 am – 4:00 pm – Visit downtown Dallas near Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Art Museum

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm – Dinner at Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe

Taco Tuesday, 8:00 am – We will wake up and eat breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to the gym and workout. Once workout is completed we will go get dress and get our day started.

11:00 am – 12:30 pm – I will have my DTP program Meeting

1:00 – 4:00 pm – It’s my time to do some design work

7:00 – 9:00 pm – TACO TUESDAY at Uno Mas

Wednesday, 8:00 am – We will wake up and eat breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to the gym and workout. Once workout is complete we will go get dress and get our day started.

We will have lunch and dinner inside.

Thursday, 8:00 am – We will wake up and eat breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to the gym and workout. Once workout is complete we will go get dress and get our day started.

11:00 am 12:30 pm – I will have my DTP program Meeting

1:00 – 4:00 pm – It’s my time to do some design work

End the night out at Palms for RNB Night

Friday, 8:00 am – We will wake up and eat breakfast. After breakfast, we will go to the gym and workout. Once workout is complete we will go get dress and get our day started.

1:00 – 4:00 pm – It’s my time to do some design work

4:00 – 6:00 pm – Visit Deep Ellum for Happy Hour

End the night at Shark Club in Plano

Saturday, 8:00 am – I will wake up, wash all our clothes and clean up the house.

11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Brunch at XOXOs.

1:30 – 5:00 pm – Arrive at home and rest to prepare for the night outings.

6:00 – 7:00 pm Get dress

7:30 – 9:00 pm – Go out to eat and pregame at Rockwall Harbor

Night cap at City Works in Frisco.

Sunday, 8:00 am – Departure to Atlanta, Ga.
