Today we’re excited to be connecting with Taylor Wood (previously Pendleton) again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Taylor, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
I’m Taylor Wood a DTX Native. My journey started with my art business “Taylor Pendleton Art” which began with selling my art on Instagram, working with different art / craft companies as an influencer, which led into my paint class company “Happily Ever Crafty” I used to host public Acrylic paint pouring, alcohol ink art, and resin classes. I don’t host as many public paint classes these days but I still do offer private Birthday parties, corporate events, and girls nights. That business slowly turned into hosting Craft Markets all throughout the DFW Metroplex. As it grew I brought my best friend Maryn Rizzo into the business. She has become my partner in Happily Ever Sip and Shop. We have hosted 300+ events in the DFW metroplex and have worked with some of the biggest venues to bring free unique events to the community showcasing thousands of local small businesses. Then me and my husband Cullen Wood launched another Market company “NTX Vintage Markets” between both markets we are bringing different family friendly events to the DFW metroplex every single week! Happily Ever Crafty still pops up locally at lots of different events run by our companies. Now offering resin crafts, permanent jewelry, and a charm bar!

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Since the last interview a few new businesses have been created, 100’s of events have been hosted, we’ve had so much fun getting to partner with some of the coolest venues in the area, meeting so many of the incredible small businesses we have, and in the midst of it all I’ve gotten so close to my creator. I’ve gotten to journey all over the Middle East, Rome, and Greece getting to experience the Bible come to life before my very eyes and just igniting my faith and passion. Gods given all of this to me and my greatest desire is to make his name known! Recently I just started my faith blog Rooted In Him and hope to launch Retreats in 2025 at Mountain Moving Retreats.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?
