We had the good fortune of connecting with Susanne Tribo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Susanne, why did you pursue a creative career?
I’ve always dreamed of having a creative career, but for the longest time, I had no idea what that would look like for me. Over the years, I’ve tried just about every hobby under the sun, but it wasn’t until I combined fitness and content creation that everything truly clicked into place. Helping people reach their goals—whether in the studio or through social media—is incredibly rewarding. Hearing their stories, seeing their progress, and knowing I can make even a small impact is what makes this career so fulfilling. I feel so fortunate to share my passion in a way that inspires and connects with others.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m not embarrassed to say that I’m nowhere near my goals in this career—I still have so much learning and growing to do. But one thing I’m incredibly proud of is finding a way to take what truly lights me up—teaching & motivating—and bring that same energy to an online community. The connection, motivation, and support that make in-person coaching so rewarding are the same things that drive my content. Getting to share that passion beyond the walls of a studio and impact people in different places and stages of their journeys is something that excites me every day.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My perfect Dallas weekend and the itinerary almost all of my visitors get starts with a Saturday morning OneLagree class with Behnoosh for a good burn. If a boozy brunch is in order we head to HPV for a table at Sadelle’s or Bistro 31 but if we are in the mood to walk around and explore, we head to Hola Cafe for the best coffee before walking around the Bishop arts shops. We would end the day with dinner at my absolute favorite Dallas steakhouse, Brass Ram and if we are really feeling crazy our nightcap would be a couple cocktails at Gingers.
If I am planning a whole week itinerary a stop at my OneLagree class and Francesca’s hot sculpt at Align would be nonnegotiable followed by coffee at Lala land. We would have to hit a lunch at HG supply, My order is the chicken kabobs with brussles sprouts and golden rice!
For a more casual dinner a trip to Bowen house is a must and no Dallas trip is complete without a stop at Starship Bagel!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’ve been feeling especially lucky lately to have found myself surrounded by the most incredible group of women in Dallas. There are far too many people to name, but from my team at the studio to the friends who have shown me nothing but unwavering support, I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m lucky to be part of a community that values creativity, failing, trying again, and truly lives out the idea of community over competition every single day. If you think I’m talking about you, I guarantee you I absolutely am. Thank you for celebrating all of my wins as if they were your own. I cannot wait to see where the next five years takes us all!
