We had the good fortune of connecting with Sophia Brosztl-Arnoczki and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sophia, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
The most important thing that impact our kids life is when we decided to move to the USA. As a first generation immigrant we want them to know and learn that everything we accomplished is hard work. My husband and i moved to the States when we were 20, we did not had family here and still does not have any relative living here, so what we have now it’s our dedication to create better life for them.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started my carrier on social media before kids. I felt i need a self motivation to get in better shape and back then Instagram wasn’t this big of a thing but i had nice followers and started sharing my journey how to get my “6-pack”… the funny part, that when i kinda reached what I pictured, i got pregnant with my first. I took a small break away from social media. I did not believed that is a carrier for me yet, and even i always wanted to started a youtube channel i was so scared what people will think. After my second was born, a year and a half break later we spent over 6 months in Europe. I was sharing things on my social and teasing the idea in my head to vlog. But still had not enough courage. Before Covid, i was getting back more active on my Instagram and I switch to passionate when I find out i’m pregnant with my 3rd.
Social media become more serious, moms were more interested seeing how i handle my pregnancy, started homeschooling my oldest and just a life as a mom of 3. I realized i don’t need to be perfect because i motivate people which actually gives me the biggest motivation as well. I love sharing, knowing it may help other mom, or make them laugh, just get them out of their daily life, daily struggle knowing they are not alone.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I used to work in Manhattan, and i loved that busy, rushed life, however NYC changed a lot -or at least in my perspective- and somehow not my favorite spot anymore. If i would have to pick a favorite spot is my home. We hosted so much BbQ over the summer and just enjoying friends over. This is my save and most lovely spot i like to be.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Honestly, there is no other person who always supports me then my husband. Living far from our families having each other support is very important. I would not be able to get here if it’s not him. He always worked hard to provide for me and then later our kids. He is my biggest fan and even he may had doubt if it will work, he still supported but since my channels are growing he is very into my projects in every way.
