We had the good fortune of connecting with Sergio Peña and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sergio, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I remember being very scared to start a business in the metaphysical and spiritual field. Nervous thoughts about what my friends or family might think really blinded my judgment and will to move forward.

After months of praying and ignoring the signs from my spirit guides ,I finally gave in! I realized that I have so much love from my family and friends and of course they will support all my projects. I can genuinely say my family and friends are my biggest supporters and ambassadors of my brand.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

Sergio and Spirit started an online community were we discussed spiritual topics and offered psychic readings. Thanks to the support and the positive feedback from our clients we have been able to expand what we do, and now also offer esoteric and spiritual supplies to our clients and followers.

What sets us apart from other metaphysical supply shops, is that you deal directly with the person running the shop. I like to be involved and available with all my clients whether is a reading or they are shopping for physical products, I am available to answer questions about the products we have, how they can be used, or simply answer questions regarding any spiritual or mystic topic. Also, a lot of our products are unique. We try our best to support vendors in Latin-America, The Caribbean, and Africa to in a way pay back to those who bring us the ancestral knowledge we hold.

We started in a digital platform and now you can find us in person at many vendor events in the DFW area such as the Dallas Psychic Fair or the Gypsie Soul Holistic Fair. We look forward to one day having a physical space to offer our services, products, and space for our spiritual community in Dallas.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First, to God our creator, the Lwa, and the ancestral spirits that guide me and support me in every single decision I make in life.

The indigenous people of Africa and Latin-America who not only gave us the knowledge to the practitioners today but fought to pass it on despite colonization and modern times.

and last but definitely not least, my family, friends, and clients who support me and are the reason why I wake up and continue to work and service the community.
