We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Hixson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I always wanted to have an indoor golf facility where everyone could play, and use technology to better their games instead of the traditional range where you have to use beat up balls, no feedback, and worry about the weather being too hot, or cold.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets Level Up Golf apart from other indoor golf facilities, is that I build this for the golfers. We don’t have a bar or food, this you can Bring Your Own. We also use the most realistic systems with Foresight Launch Monitors, PuttView Putting on our 1-4% putting green, Capto Putting Analysis, as well as GSPRO which has over 500 courses to play. I got here from a lot of hands on as well as shadowing some of the top tour coaches through the years. Easy No, there is always a new hurdle to overcome which with our great team we have here we are always meeting and adapting adding new things for the players to want to come back for! We this year alone had 3 professional wins under our brand, as well as 3 college wins, and over 40+ local junior golf wins!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
During the week we would go eat at towers tap house, where we would wakeboard as well. Go to an Fc Dallas game to support our local team! Play some golf here as well and most likely go to La Hacienda Ranch for some good Mexican food!
