Meet Rosie Noel | Leadership Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rosie Noel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rosie, is there something you believe many others might not?
The belief that we should focus on fixing our weaknesses is one piece of conventional advice I strongly disagree with.
We’re often taught to be well-rounded, to improve in the areas where we fall short. But the research tells a different story. People who use their strengths every day are more engaged, more productive, and experience a higher quality of life. These outcomes show up not only at the individual level, but across teams and organizations too.
We’re also sold the idea that hard work is supposed to feel miserable. And while real growth should feel challenging, it shouldn’t be soul-sucking. When you’re working from your strengths, that challenge often feels energizing. It lights you up. You may be tired at the end of the day, but it’s the kind of tired that comes from doing work that matters. If your work is draining you, there’s a good chance you’re operating from your weaknesses or ignoring what you naturally do best.
This isn’t about ignoring our weaknesses altogether. It’s about being more strategic with our time and energy. Rather than trying to go from bad to okay, I help my clients build strategies to manage those areas so they don’t get in the way. That allows them to focus on going from good to great in the places where they have the most potential, and where their work feels more aligned, sustainable, and impactful.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is all about helping leaders navigate high-stakes transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I work with founders, executives, and entrepreneurs to help them lead from their strengths, reconnect to what matters most, and make aligned decisions as they move into their next chapter.
What sets my work apart is the combination of deep coaching, strengths-based insight, and strategic clarity. I’m not here to give cookie-cutter advice or tell people what to do. I’m here to help them understand what makes them unique, untangle the moments that feel uncertain or overwhelming, and find a way forward that actually works for them. I bring both corporate and entrepreneurial experience to the table, and I’ve coached hundreds of high-achieving leaders through moments of growth, change, and reinvention.
Starting my business wasn’t easy. I had a toddler and a baby at home, and I had just left a corporate executive role that I loved. But I knew I was ready for something more. Something that gave me greater freedom and allowed me to do the work I felt most called to do. I was scared to take the leap, but I also knew that waiting for the perfect moment would mean waiting forever. I had to trust that the skills, relationships, and intuition I had built over the years would carry me through.
What I’m most proud of is how honest and values-driven this business has been from day one. I don’t believe in building a business that looks good on paper but feels out of alignment behind the scenes. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I’ve intentionally built a model that allows me to serve powerfully, while staying grounded in my own life and priorities.
If there’s one thing I want people to know, it’s that leadership doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. It doesn’t have to be loud or flashy. Some of the most powerful leaders I’ve coached are the ones who are quietly rewriting the rules and choosing a new way forward. My work is about helping them trust themselves enough to do that with intention, courage, and clarity.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Dallas for the week, I’d plan a mix of great food, time outside, and live music. I love anything that creates space for real connection, whether that’s over a good meal, a long walk, or listening to music that makes you feel something.
We’d probably kick things off with brunch at Tribal All Day Café in Bishop Arts. It’s relaxed and delicious, and the kind of place where you can sit and talk for a while. From there, we’d explore the neighborhood a bit, grab coffee, and pop into some of the local shops.
One day we’d walk around White Rock Lake or visit the Arboretum. I’m happiest when I get some time outside, and both spots are beautiful and peaceful. I’d probably pack snacks or find a spot nearby where we could hang out after.
For dinners, I’d want at least one night at Petra and the Beast. It’s such a creative, memorable experience and perfect for a special night out. I’d also plan a casual night with tacos and margaritas at José. And then we’d look for a show in Deep Ellum or The Kessler Theater to catch some live music.
If we needed a quieter day, we’d grab tea or a matcha at La La Land Kind Café or hang out at Wild Detectives, which is a bookstore and bar all in one. Perfect for slowing down and recharging.
More than anything, I’d want the trip to feel fun but grounded. Less about doing everything and more about enjoying good food, being outside, and having time for deep conversations and building stronger connections.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give a huge shoutout to my friend Veena Jetti. She’s the one who gave me the push I needed to leave my corporate executive role and finally start my own business.
Starting something of my own was always in the back of my mind, but I didn’t think the timing was right. At the time, I had a one-year-old and a three-year-old at home, and I kept telling myself it would be something I’d do later, maybe when life felt more settled or when my kids were older. But Veena called me out on that. She said something like, “Rosie, that’s stupid. If you want to start your business, do it now. Why would you wait on something you know you want?”
And she didn’t just say it. She backed it up with action. She introduced me to her network, opened doors, and has championed me every step of the way. Her support made me feel less alone in those early, uncertain days of entrepreneurship, which can be really isolating at times. If it weren’t for her belief in me, I don’t know if I would have taken the leap when I did. I’ll always be grateful for that push and for having someone in my corner who both believed in me and helped make it real.
