We had the good fortune of connecting with Ron Rohde and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ron, what matters most to you?
Long term decisions. Without a long term outlook, impulsive or short term money grabs can lead to a misalignment of incentives and goals between my clients and my law practice.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I have spent over ten years practicing law and investing in real estate. I’ve been able to combine these two passions into a legal service that helps investors build their business while earning safe, consistent returns. I offer flat fees for nearly everything we do to provide stability and predictability to our clients. The biggest struggle has been finding the right team members, but once we’ve established systems and processes for hiring, we feel poised to hit our next level of growth and hopefully helping hundreds of investors.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Dallas has a lot to offer and a week isn’t nearly long enough to see it all! I’d take him to the racetrack, Motorsport Ranch just outside Ft. Worth. We could spend a day taking our cars through high speed turns, open passing, and no speed limits! Afterwards, grab some BBQ at Lockhart and bring back some pie for the kiddos. We would also visit the Dallas Arboretum to walk around with the family. Its always beautiful to see the lake and the landscaping, but the pumpkins and Christmas themes are amazing.
