We had the good fortune of connecting with Rob Cre8 and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rob, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Playing it safe will get you to a certain level. But to get to the higher levels you will eventually need to take some risks.
But before you do you have to make sure you do your homework. If you’re just shooting in the dark you might hit something, but more often than not you won’t. Do your homework, do your research and figure out every single option and avenue for things to go wrong. That way you’re taking a calculated risk and hopefully you’re doing it with the best odds possible for your success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I moved here with very little to my name. I started my business before i even had a car. I had to ask friends to take me to meet clients so i am really proud of all the work i put in. the late nights, the extra time and attention to detail that has got me where i am today. It really was worth betting on myself.

I’m also proud to say that I’m not done yet. I’ve been able to build a really nice lifestyle and i am still really excited about everything i work on. So many exciting projects with my current clients as well as some new ventures I’m able to work on now personally.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There is always so much going on in DFW. I love that about this area. There would definitely be a lot of eating involved. We would have to go to legacy west/the star area. Probably go to whichever sport has a game that day. And probably end up somewhere around deep ellum after.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All my clients! I always preach that we are all going to grow together. Ive been fortunate that my clients are happy enough with my work that they tell their friends and shout me out whenever possible. So shoutout to all of them too!
