We had the good fortune of connecting with Ro Neesha Norice and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ro Neesha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
From an early age, I was regularly encouraged to be an entrepreneur; I sold candy, bracelets, and did hair whenever I was given the opportunity. Those aren’t things that I do today, but it’s always been a reminder to do what I love and to use the gifts God granted me. After graduating from high school, I began making body butter and scrubs for family and friends. Although making all natural products was something that I was interested in learning and perfecting I never took my myself serious and it turned into a hobby rather than a business like I intended. Later that same year I got into a terrible car accident totaling my car witch lead me down a path of depression. After allowing myself time to process those emotions, I decided that I wanted to heal and continue doing what I loved and follow through with my original idea of having my own business. While redeveloping my products and creating my brand, I also began learning about chakras and spiritual healing through botanics. Through this discovery, I was able to slowly defeat depression and decided to integrate spirituality into what is now known as Robust Botanics Beauty.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Robust Botanics Beauty concentrates on healing rather than suppressing the cause of acne, hair loss and common skin conditions like most other products do. Instead, I focus on healing the root cause of the issue head on with all natural ingredients. I’ve built my brand around healing and growth through spiritual practice, and my goal is to keep helping others heal and find love and appreciation for themselves through Robust Botanics Beauty.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The first thing that we’d do is get brunch at either snooze or first watch. Then we’d visit the botanic gardens and end the day with something fun like the escape room or the axe factory.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a huge shout out to my father; he’s used my products daily from the very beginning and has been my biggest fan throughout this journey pushing me and being my biggest inspiration to becoming self employed. Without him by my side there would be no Robust Botanics Beauty. And I also want to thank my clients for placing their faith in me and supporting me in the pursuit of my passion.
