We had the good fortune of connecting with Paris Gray and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Paris, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
By the end of my career, I want to be known as a top confidence coach and insurance advocate, someone people trust for support in building self-confidence, financial security, and resilience. I hope to create resources and programs that keep helping people live fully, chase their dreams, and protect their future, even after working with me. My goal is to leave a lasting impact that empowers people to live confidently and securely.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a confidence coach and insurance advocate with a passion for helping people feel empowered and secure. What sets me apart is my commitment to showing up as my real self and helping others do the same. I work to build real, trusting connections with my clients, guiding them to build confidence, plan for their futures, and feel truly supported.
Getting here hasn’t been easy, though. Life threw me some tough challenges—losses, setbacks, and major life changes—but each one taught me resilience and gave me the drive to keep going. My journey has taught me the importance of self-belief, staying grounded in my goals, and finding a support system that lifts me up. I’m here to support, inspire, and encourage others to live fully and confidently.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First thing’s first—we’d dive straight into Dallas’s food scene, hitting up some dope spots around town because you know the food here doesn’t play! We’d stroll around, taste-testing the best Tex-Mex, BBQ, and whatever else we’re vibing with, just soaking up that Texas energy. Skating at Forum Roller World is non-negotiable—we’re rolling and showing off some moves. Gotta fit in some live music, too, because Dallas always brings it. And of course, we’d lock in a brunch (or three) to keep things laid-back but delicious, making it an epic week to remember!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a huge thank you to my adult village, my family, and my amazing 11-year-old daughter, Janelle. Their unwavering support, belief in me, and constant encouragement have been the foundation of my success. They’ve lifted me during the hardest times, celebrated every milestone, and reminded me of my own strength when I needed it most.I’m so grateful to have each of them in my life!
