We had the good fortune of connecting with Paola Mora and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Paola, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
I’m a Capricorn so naturally I love to give and show out for people around me. Making someone’s day anyway I can or making their life easier is what makes me happy, especially for my parents and loved ones. Spending time with my loved ones and my dogs are what I usually do in my free time and I love that as well!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Besides spending time unwinding at home when I’m not busy, I’m always doing things that will benefit my business. This means I’m waking up checking emails and messages sent to my business, making sure I’m responding at a good time as well as checking before bed. While I’m waiting for clients I’m organizing my studio and my supplies to see if I need to order anything that I’m running out of. I’m always looking to see what content to post and I edit some reels to post on instagram during the day when i’m not with clients. Networking with other small business owners and connecting online is what keeps me busy as well ! There’s just LOTS to do to keep yourself busy as a business owner !
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots In the city would probably all be food places , I absolutely LOVE Mexican food. Tacos Oasis has my heart but if you’re not feeling tacos you can go to my favorite ramen spot Hannabi or Wabi House by downtown Fort Worth, they sell some really good ramen and it’s my comfort food place so you just can’t go wrong. If it’s the weekend you should definitely have some drinks at bars Downtown.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family is who I do it all for and my mother has always been my biggest supporter so shoutout to her ! Social media plays a big part, I always receive support from my Instagram community, followers, and most of all my beautiful clients who I strive to make happy when they leave my studio with some bomb brows or lips. Without my awesome clients I would not have MoraArtistry and I want to show as much appreciation to them! Also I am very proud of myself for taking a risk 4 years ago and starting MoraArtistry. I knew nothing about tattoos or permanent makeup when I first started but I believed in myself so I started and I did it. I continued to learn as much as I could any way that I could and now we’re here striving and progressing every single year.
