We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalya Alisia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalya, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
When trying to decide whether to keep going or give up, you should ask yourself why you started in the first place. You should also ask yourself if you’ve done everything possible that you need to do before giving up. A lot of the time before people give up, they are about to hit a break through. So ask yourself those two questions before giving up. If the answers remind you of why you started and why you should continue, keep going.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a marketing agency called Social Casa (socialcasaco.com). Social Casa is a digital marketing agency specializing in social media management for businesses of all sizes, content creation, and influencer coaching.

The thing I am most proud of with my business is the capability we have to serve not only businesses of all sizes, but also world-known brands, and how we’ve built a large influencer community. It was not easy starting the business since I was working a full-time job at the same time. However, I am so proud of how much Social Casa has grown. The lessons I’ve learned along the way is to be patient and pursue what sets your heart on fire. Social Casa came about because I had such a passion for being my own boss and helping others through digital marketing. I’m also a Content Creator and my Tiktok + Instagram partnerships fall under my agency, as well. In addition, I’m the host of the podcast “The Brilliant Babe” where I share knowledge and tips on how to build your dream life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a bestie coming to the area, I would take them to my fave DFW spots. I would for sure do a Dallas day. To start the day off we could do a pilates class at Session and grab a quick something to drink at Foxtrot. For afternoon fun and to get out of the Texas heat, a little shopping at Highland Park Village and Northpark Mall would be next. Some of my fave Dallas restaurants are Carbone, Restoration Hardware, Nick & Sam’s, Monarch, Drake’s.

I’d definitely hit up my fave Fort Worth spots, as well! Brunch at Rise n3 at The Shops at Clearfork is one of my go-to’s. I also love Game Theory for a group friend hang-out. Hotel Drover is a Fort Worth must! Some of my fave Fort Worth restaurants are Reata, Whiskey & Rye, Fixture, and Wishbone & Flynt.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband is my #1 supporter in my career and in life in general. We met when we were 20 and 21. We are now 26 and 27 and have grown so much together. When I started my content creation/entrepreneurial journey he was so supportive. Fast forward to me quitting my 9 to 5 and pursuing entrepreneurship full-time, he has been even more supportive. He helps shoot my photos, comes with me on work trips, helps me with emails and projects. I could not have the success I have today if it wasn’t for his support. He always encourages me and provides so much effort to ensuring that I become the best I can be.
