We had the good fortune of connecting with Misrain Martinez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Misrain, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I kept seeing other supplement companies on T.v or online boasting about their product with outrageous lies. So I decided to create a fat burner that actually works without having to lie about what it does.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Dissipate is a supplement company that I started in the year 2021. It wasn’t until 2022 that I released a fat burner product on my website. It’s been gaining traction so fast that many pro boxers have become regular buyers. And other pro athletes have reached out to me. We stand out from the rest because our product wasn’t built on marketing or lies, our product sells itself by actually working or doing what’ it’s suppose to do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d take them to a Dallas Cowboy’s game or a Dallas Maverick’s game, after we could go eat at the Cheesecake Factory downtown. Maybe catch the opera at the Bass Hall the next day, or go shopping at the Galleria a day after that. On the weekend we could hit 7th st. & go bar hopping and order pizza after, there are many things we could do I think we’d run out of time before we run out of things to do.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are many people that encouraged me to continue with creating this amazing product, but the one person I’d love to highlight is a guy by the name of C.T Fletcher. He sent me a video telling to to keep pushing towards my dreams when I was at my lowest, after the passing of my mom I really didn’t want to continue with anything. But that video helped me a lot.
