We had the good fortune of connecting with Masha Veretelnikova and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Masha, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I’ve always been a very creative and artistic person. Ever since I was little, I loved anything related to art and beauty—I would spend hours drawing women’s faces, paying attention to every detail. As I got older, that passion naturally translated into an interest in lashes and brows. I’ve always believed that beauty is a form of art, and being able to use my creativity to enhance someone’s natural features brings me so much joy. Pursuing a career in the lash and brow industry felt like the perfect way to combine my artistic side with something that makes people feel confident and beautiful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business, Lash Blossom & Beauty, is something I’ve built with a lot of passion, dedication, and love. What sets me apart is the level of care, detail, and perfection I put into every service. I’m a true perfectionist — I take my time to understand exactly what style my clients want, the length they prefer, and how to customize their lashes and brows so they enhance their unique facial features. I stay up to date with the latest lash trends, but I always make sure everything I do keeps their natural lashes healthy. Healthy lashes come first for me, and I apply extensions the right way, every time.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. Starting a beauty business on my own came with a lot of challenges — learning different techniques, gaining confidence, building a client base from scratch, and balancing the business side of everything. There were moments when I doubted myself, but I pushed through by continuing to study, practice, and invest in my skills. I asked questions, learned from others, and never stopped improving. Every challenge made me better at what I do.
I’m most proud of the trust my clients have in me. Making them feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful means everything. I’ve created a space where clients feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Many of them tell me they love how attentive I am and how I always make sure their lashes look natural, flattering, and perfectly suited to them.
What I want the world to know about my brand is that Lash Blossom & Beauty is not just about lashes — it’s about enhancing natural beauty, building confidence, and treating every client like they’re special. I put my heart into my work, and I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and bringing even more beauty into my clients’ lives.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit me in the Dallas area for a week, I would definitely show them all my favorite spots. I love the energy of Downtown and Uptown Dallas — the restaurants, the rooftops, and just the vibe of the city.
We’d start with brunch at spots like The Henry, Sixty Vines, or Bread Winners, because you can’t go wrong with good food and a cute atmosphere. I’d take them to explore Klyde Warren Park, walk around the Dallas Arts District, and maybe stop by The Dallas Museum of Art or The Perot Museum if they love something a little more cultural.
For dinner, I’d take them somewhere fun in Deep Ellum or Bishop Arts District—maybe Nick & Sam’s, Harper’s, Stirr, or Te Deseo for good food and a great vibe. We’d check out Downtown at night, maybe a rooftop bar like Sky Blossom, Waterproof, or The Statler.
During the week we’d also go to Legacy West or The Star in Frisco for shopping, restaurants, and just hanging out. If they love beautiful views, we’d definitely stop by Reunion Tower.
Dallas has so many cute cafés and picture-worthy spots, so I’d also take them to places like La La Land Kind Cafe or Royal Blue Grocery.
Overall, I’d just show them all the fun, trendy, and unique sides of Dallas — good food, good energy, and places where you can really enjoy the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a special shoutout to two women who played an important part in my journey. First, my esthetician school instructor, Brianna Meshack, who taught me lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, facials, and makeup. Her teaching and encouragement gave me the foundation I needed to start my career with confidence.
I also want to recognize my lash tech, Alex Chandler, who helped me so much along the way. Even though I didn’t train under her hands-on, she was always there to answer my questions, guide me, and share her knowledge whenever I needed help. Her support made a huge difference in my growth as a lash artist.
I’m truly grateful for both of them for helping me become the artist I am today.
