Hi LaMika, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My favorite affirmation that gets me through those tough days, reminder who Iam, and pushes me to more greatness. I listen to this during my bath meditations:

THE DREAM SHIFTS:

. All that I need to shift the dream is already within me

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is being able to look at a persons body troubled areas and bring their body goals to life. We sets me apart is my passion in my work to make sure I bring results to my clients. Putting a smile on someone’s face is my passion!

Herstory started 2012 in Columbia MO & 2nd location in Boonville MO. Started out a high end 2nd hand woman clothing boutique called Herstory Boutique, Branched out to Dallas TX as Herstory Sculpting Beauty.

“Everybody has a story behind their clothing and smile” I bring that story out by providing real life results at reality expectations. My passion is my business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I like to eat. So nice restaurants, relaxing lounges, chill vibe areas are always on my itinerary. My favorite restaurants: Haywire in Plano West, Stiir Addison, Spatch Addison, Boomerjacks Plano, Soirée Coffee Bar Dallas
