We had the good fortune of connecting with Justin Radcliffe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Justin, how do you think about risk?
Risk is an important and necessary part of life. Taking risks has allowed me to grow and learn from my mistakes, and has opened up new opportunities for me. It has enabled me to push myself out of my comfort zone, and try new things that I may not have otherwise.

“You have to push boundaries, take risk.” – Myself. This quote has changed the way I look at monumental things. An astronaut landing on the moon would just be a thought, if someone did not push boundaries.

What should our readers know about your business?
We operate a real estate investment company that specializes in offering creative solutions to clients either with new construction, development, as well as helping home owners out of tough situations. What sets us apart is that we go the extra mile for our clients. I’ve taken the path that is less traveled to be where I’m at today in my business. After many obstacles and external forces deviating you from your plan, you learn to make possible with what you have. I want the world to know that persistence is key, that’s what sets you apart from others.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Everyone needs a mentor in their life. A mentor is someone who can provide guidance, advice and support when you are stuck or feeling overwhelmed. A mentor can be anyone from a family member, friend or colleague to someone you have never met before. I’ve been blessed to have a great community of people that support me. The list would go on and on, I appreciate everyone who crossed paths with me as I learned a valuable lesson from each person.

Having a great community of people that understand your goal can help you stay focused on your path and give you the motivation to keep going even when things get tough.
