Meet Julie Stephanie Zamudio Ruiz | Financial Advisor & Credit Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Julie Stephanie Zamudio Ruiz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Julie Stephanie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business “I CAN DO IT”. From the age of 18-25 I was making another persons business millions while I was on a salary pay. At the time that was enough for me to survive off of so I never complained. I was raised to appreciate what I had. Soon COVID-19 made me make a HUGE leap of faith in my life. Starting my own business has been a journey that has taught me patience, kindness, happiness, and even financial freedom. I would do it all over again if I had to.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I specialize in finance, anything that helps people put their money in order. Tax returns, credit repair, loans, book keeping, helping small businesses start their LLC and grow. My objective is to help my people with the things we were not taught in school. I have always loved numbers, I realized how good I was in finance from my previous employer. From the age of 18-25 I was in a funeral home running the whole business. From meeting with families, picking up the deceased, to all of the financial back end of the business. I have always had a way with people, being there for my families in a time of need has always been the reward. Covid-19 made me realize I needed a break from death & that’s when I decided to start my own business and retire my position at the funeral home. I’ve learned that fear will keep you from accomplishing your goals, never give up on your dreams or you’ll spend the rest of your life making someone else rich. I want the world to know that I am here to help, God & my gift has blessed me abundantly and I am living proof.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots in the city is definitely the down town area. Its a great place to meet others and network.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shout out my family, they supported me through out my entire journey of opening up my business during COVID-19 especially with having a 2 year old. But most importantly I would like to shout out my clients, despite all of the obstacles I was able to make my company a million dollar business in only 9 months.
