We had the good fortune of connecting with Juan Mendoza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Juan, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
I believe that overall devotion to my craft in photography would get me to a place I’m in with my photography.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
So I would say my most proud moment as a photographer would be the artist and photographers I’ve worked with in the past and getting to know them on a closer level, which also gives me more ease to worked with more artist and grow as a person and a brand.

With outreach like this, it’s been a mixture of both bliss and frustration. While I know how to somewhat present myself through text, there’s not many people texting back,. This taught me patience and being able to communicate.

I’m open to work with any of any genres of music and lines of work or events.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I really enjoy going to northpark or going to kbbq shops with friends. It mostly about the adventure for me. The ride, playing music on my car speakers and enjoying the wind in my hair.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
If I could shoutout anybody, it would be to my art, my mom or to Amparo Jordan.
