We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Swim and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is people and relationships.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We started Vestals out of our home kitchen 15 years ago – we could not have built the business without talented team members and supportive vendors. We are committed to using the best products available, thus we buy seasonally, support locally, and stand behind what we put on the table. Additionally, we are a scratch kitchen, and enjoy creating custom menus with our clients. It is an honor to be able to do what we love every day.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For coffee, I would reccomend LDU. Food-wise, I would want them to try S & D Oyster Bar, The

Great Outdoors, or Nonna.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My grandmother Vestal who taught me genuine hospitality. My wife, Emily. My daughter, Caroline, and my son, Henry.
