Meet Jessica Rhodes | Post Op Care & Body Sculpting

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Rhodes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was due to the opportunity I had to provide top of the line noninvasive body treatments, post-op care and knowledge to melanated women weather they decide to go under the knife or not. I also wanted to provide financial freedom for my son and I.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a body sculpting specialist. I specialize in noninvasive body sculpting that aims to contour and reshape your body without any downtime, discomfort or risk. I use a variety of procedures throughout a session such as, Radiofrequency, Ultrasound Cavitation and Body ICE. These treatments target the adipose tissues where fat cells are stored in the body. In addition to noninvasive body treatments I also provide post op after care which includes Lymphatic Massages. One thing that sets me apart from others is that I offer Body ICE treatments which is an organic product that helps detox and sculpt the body naturally. Everyone’s body is different but following the recommended treatment plan you can achieve lipo like results. I got to where I am today by taking a leap of faith and taking Beyond Beauty of MS training class all the way in Mississippi. This has not been a easy road as an entrepreneur you have some really great weeks/months and some really slow. I have designated times during the week to do research on the line of business I’m in and look for training class that will enhance my craft with it being so many people doing body sculpting I need to able to stand out from the others. One thing that I have learned along the way that is Skinitry is not for everyone and I’m completely okay with that! I want the world to know Skinitry isn’t going anywhere and to be on the look out for our Body Hyperpigmentation Skincare line. As I tell all my clients “Trust the process” and “Consistency is key. Results don’t happen over night”.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a friend visiting I would have them book at the Hilton Anatole Hotel which will give us an opportunity to visit the water park if weather permits and utilize the hotel spa which is amazing. We would go to the gun range grab a bit to eat at Tupelo Honey, Drakes and a taco spot because I love tacos. We would end the week at Lava Cantina for some Sunday funday.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My support has always came from my family and close friends. If I need something proof read, help putting labels on products or setting up for an event they come through no matter what.
