Hi Jasmine, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My motto is to building long-term relationships, making connections, sharing resources and educating others! I truly believe that if we all work together, we can achieve so much more! Collaboration is key for me and my business – Jasmine and Co. started with a dream of financial freedom and flexible scheduling. That dream doesn’t stop with me as I am now able to provide financial freedom and flexible for my self and my family as well as my team! “Team work makes the dream work!”

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
With our virtual team, we can provide you with marketing and sales advice, brand development, sales conversion mapping, tech integrations, and much more! The success of our brand lies in the mouths of our clients. Word of mouth marketing has truly set us apart. Our outstanding customer service skills provide a sense of comfort to our clientele. Matched with the quality of service that we provide, supplies us with repeat customers who sing our praises. A fundamental principle at Jasmine and Co. is to build a great staff. Your employees are your most important asset. They can help you build a successful company or be the cause of your ultimate downfall. Hire and train your staff so that they represent your mission and goals and care about them almost as much as you do. We provide our customers with the best possible service we can deliver and always treat them with respect and understanding.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love the beach and I love being outdoors. Los Angeles and Houston are two of my favorite cities. They are some of the most diverse cities I have ever been in. There are some amazing people in both of those cities that I have seen as well as the communities are united and culturally different. One of my favorite places to eat in LA is Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles…..and in Houston it would be Pappadeaux! Both cities are near the beach and there are several outdoor activities that we would be able to do.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my family and friends! Without their support, I wouldn’t have gotten this far in my business without them and their love.
