Meet Heather Hess | Neuromuscular Massage Therapist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Hess and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heather, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
As a Neuromuscular Therapist, I am honored to help clients with long term chronic pain find relief, and learn how to better help themselves in their daily movements to stay healthy and pain free.when people in our community feel better, they are able to live more productive lives, both as contributing members in society and in their own personal lives. This improves their family because they can “show up” for those people they need to care for.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
When I began a career in the massage field, it was much smaller and not depended on as a viable long term option. I have been blessed with 27 years of growth. This growth comes from attention to my clients. Although much of society does more and more by communicating through websites, I do not. I still personally communicate with each individual, and clients comment on my personal attention. This does blend into personal boundaries at times, but it is the loyalty to my work and customers that has created long term loyalty.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Dallas Arboretum is a beautiful opportunity to see some of our best features. A very well planned and kept property, people love to see it. We also have amazing restaurants! Table 13, Lefty’s, Bugattis are just three of my favorites. Their attention to detail in both customer service and food cannot be beat.
