We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabriel Antillon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gabriel, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Well its simple, if your going to work for some other company and you are giving it 100% of your time and effort to make this company money, why not do it for your self. That 100% you are putting for it could be your own business. And most important when is your business you will try to do thing better. You will try to execute everything more precise in which you have it down to a science. Starting your own business is a blessing, but not everyone is build for it. You really need to want to have a business to succeed. It takes customer service, it takes, marketing, it takes credibility with your customers reviews, it takes promoting current projects you are woking on and projects you have done. But Once you create your concept on your business and use your services to promote for future clients, you start seeing traction on your website, or start seeing more views on whaat you post. Every day is a new day to get new clients you just have to expose your work and practice great business. Transparency in key on my success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business started back in 2008, After the financial crash I need it to find something to do besides Mortgages. And construction was it at the time. I became very observant on that industry to learn the process and I understand how to even start this type of business. So I started by doing it and learning from it. So, I got some guys that knew how to do the work, the framing, Flooring, paint and tile. I was just a selling on the work trade my workers could do. I was doing small little jobs but it gave me the experience on how to deal with home owners and how to orchestrate the work being done. I was basically a promoter for the work we could do for clients. I started getting more trades in the company until I could build a house by my self with the crew that I have. That was when i realized I had the group to become a builder and start doing my own builds. I realize it was not easy but it was not that hard. It just takes dedication on what you have to do and execute it. I also had a lot of good lessons on this process on building houses, learning how to trust your workers that do the work. It is called growing pains, but you need them to learn from it and hopefully never repeat that again. But after I got that down It was all about customer service. How to treat your customers and how to promote your work. I wanted to start helping customers with their dreams on building the perfect house for them. I wanted to create something that families will live there by generations and make it a memory for them. So that how I started my own company. I wanted to build something that will last generations, that families will create their own stories thanks to what i built for them.

I would definitely have to give a Shout out to my father Manuel Antillon, He always has encourage me to be better, he showed me how to work hard, how to learn from other companies to become a better worker then he showed me how to find the infrastructure to have my own business by my past work experiences.
