Meet Eduardo Velasquez | Influencer – bodybuilder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eduardo Velasquez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eduardo, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At EVA.FITT, we are more than a fitness brand—we are a movement of empowerment. We help people from all walks of life transform their minds and bodies through fitness, discipline, and mental strength.
Our impact goes beyond the gym: we offer free educational content on social media to inspire, inform, and uplift. We mentor young athletes, support women in their fitness journeys, and show that anyone can achieve greatness with consistency and belief.
By encouraging physical and mental health, EVA.FITT contributes to stronger communities, one person at a time. Our goal is to ignite change, not only in bodies but in mindset—locally and globally.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
From a very young age, I understood that if I wanted to achieve something great, I’d have to work harder than everyone else. Today, I am a coach, athlete, and founder of EVA.FITT, a brand that represents growth, discipline, and purpose. What sets me apart is that I don’t just train bodies—I train mindsets.
I’m proud of having built my path as an immigrant, starting from zero, facing challenges like working in construction while building my brand, competing in bodybuilding, and creating a community that now impacts hundreds. It hasn’t been easy, but every challenge shaped me. Every setback taught me that real effort has a name: consistency.
The most important lessons I’ve learned are:
• Don’t wait for an opportunity—create it.
• Your origin should never limit your destiny.
• If your story doesn’t inspire others, you’re not done writing it.
I want the world to know that EVA.FITT is not just a brand—it’s a symbol of real struggle. My mission is to make sure that anyone who hears or reads my story feels they can achieve anything, even when no one else believes in them.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1 – Deep Ellum Vibes
We’d start with brunch at AllGood Café, then explore Deep Ellum’s iconic murals and art scene. At night, live music and rooftop drinks at Ruins.
Day 2 – Athletic Challenge + Sunset
Early workout at John Kincaide Stadium (athletic track), then smoothies at Nekter Juice Bar. In the afternoon, we’d jog or bike at the Santa Fe Trail, ending with a sunset at White Rock Lake.
Day 3 – Downtown Dallas Experience
Visit The Sixth Floor Museum, then walk through Klyde Warren Park. Dinner at Tei-An for top-tier Japanese food.
Day 4 – Fitness + Mental Reset
Morning session at LA Fitness, followed by cryotherapy or sauna. Then, we’d check out The Dallas Arboretum to reconnect with nature.
Day 5 – Legacy West & Shopping Day
A trip to Legacy West in Plano for shopping, style and coffee. Dinner at Haywire — perfect Texas vibes.
Day 6 – Chill Day in Bishop Arts District
Café hopping, bookstore browsing, and local street art. Nightcap at Paradiso with ambiance and elegance.
Day 7 – Sunday Spiritual Reset
Early breakfast, a quiet walk at Trinity Groves, then sunset reflections on the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. A peaceful way to end an unforgettable week.
Dallas is full of surprises — and I love sharing both its high energy and calm moments with the people I care about.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to the people who believed in me when I was just a dreamer with no resources but a strong will. First, my mother —her strength, silence, and sacrifice have always been the foundation of who I am. Also, to my family back in Venezuela, who stayed behind while I pursued this path far from home.
To every mentor, friend, or stranger who gave me a word of encouragement, thank you — your energy lives in me.
And lastly, to my community, to those who train with me, who follow my journey, and those who find strength through EVA.FITT —this is for you. Your messages, your struggles, and your discipline inspire me daily. You all are the reason I push my limits and represent something bigger than myself.
