Meet Dr. Eleanor Duelley

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Eleanor Duelley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Eleanor, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business came from a deep need to create the kind of support I never had. As a woman in the military and later striving to be a natural health care professional, I often stood alone in how I thought about issues and created healing solutions for women, carving out my path without a roadmap. This practice is my way of holding the door open for other women—building something epic that empowers them to figure out their health, their hormones, and own their power.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my business apart is that I approach bloodwork through a functional, naturopathic lens—looking for patterns, optimal ranges, and root causes, not just flagging what’s ‘out of range.’ I’m not backed by the conventional model, which is often designed to keep people medicated and only marginally better. Instead, I’ve created a custom-curated system that allows the body to heal in its own timing, in alignment with how it was designed. It’s about lifelong sustainability—supporting the body naturally, not keeping women stuck on meds forever without ever addressing the root cause.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I invested countless hours and tens of thousands of dollars into advanced education, certifications, and clinical training—while raising three kids and navigating life as a military spouse with a deployed partner. My education was tough, and my path was even tougher. I had to build my own process through trial, error, and a lot of perseverance. I failed more times than I can count, but each challenge became a lesson that helped shape the practitioner I am today.
I’m most proud of the trust women place in me, and the way I get to help them feel seen, heard, and deeply understood in a system that too often overlooks them. I’ve spent the last 10 years accumulating knowledge, experience, and intuition—and now I’m here to share that wealth, because women deserve real answers, real support, and real healing.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a close friend was visiting, I wouldn’t plan a rigid itinerary—we’d just flow with what feels good while soaking in the charm of McKinney and Allen. We’d start with long walks through Historic Downtown McKinney, stopping at cozy coffee shops, wandering through local boutiques, and eventually landing at a winery like Lone Star Wines, Landon, or 4R for a glass of something good. Dinner at Rick’s Chophouse is always a vibe—classic, cozy, and delicious. I love visiting the Farmers Market when it’s open, and the natural beauty of the Heard Wildlife Sanctuary is always grounding. We’d definitely hit the Allen Premium Outlets for some retail therapy, and the shops and restaurants in Fairview are always fun too—especially for casual dinners or happy hour. What I love most is that we’re just a drive away from bigger experiences—like catching a concert or game at the American Airlines Center or AT&T Stadium in Arlington. It’s the best of both worlds: small-town charm with big city energy just down the road.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely—my biggest shoutout goes to the local friends and fellow female entrepreneurs in my community, especially the incredible women of McKinney Babes in Business. These women have been my circle of support, inspiration, and encouragement when I needed it most. Building a business can feel isolating, but having a sisterhood of like-minded women who cheer each other on and help them grow is just invaluable.
