Meet Courtney Scholari | Owner & Lead Photographer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Scholari and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Courtney, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
The success of Courtney Scholari Photography lies in client satisfaction. Hearing a realtor or builder express how much they love working with us is a real pat on the back. That love comes from CSP’s ability to keep pace with the fast-paced market and provide photography that brings interest to a property, as well as, customer service built on personal professionalism and good communication. Future success lies in keeping with the fundamental belief that client satisfaction is top priority and is based on exemplary photography and stellar customer care.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
When I started in 2013, it was just me, my camera, and a willingness to learn how to be the best real estate photographer I could be. I never saw myself growing a company, but along the way, I learned that kindness in leadership goes much further than bottom line thinking, and I wanted to be in a position to lift up myself and other photographers whose images are so vital to the industry. Now I am proud to say that CSP is expanding and has incorporated a talented team of photographers eager to serve builders and agents alike. They are educated in photography and experienced in the industry. Their passion for excellence in all facets of client satisfaction is unparalleled. Collectively, we have photographed over 3000 homes and we are excited to break 4000 soon!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh my gosh… here we go! Architecture: Dallas City Hall (I.M. Pei) Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth (Tadao Ando) Perot Museum (Thom Mayne) Walking Tours: Dealey Plaza and visit the 6th Floor Museum and Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. White Rock Lake, Bath House Cultural Center, Dallas Arboretum – a very peaceful way to spend a beautiful day. Night Life: Viva’s Lounge for an aerial cirque show! Dinner at reunion tower for the spectacular views. I love Dallas for its beautiful skyline both night and day. Just taking a drive around downtown when the sun is setting boasts beautiful scenes as the light bounces around the skyscrapers. As the sky turns dark the city’s lights come out to dance in a gorgeous rainbow of colors.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A deep heartfelt thank you to the closest of my family and friends. They form an unbeatable support group that I cannot function without. Their belief in my worth is a steady wall of encouragement at my back that pushes me forward. They celebrate the good and commiserate the bad, they lift me up when I’m low and humble me when I’m flying too close to the sun. From deep counsel to a simple smile, the people in my life are there for me and I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance, trust, and love.
