Hi Ciara and Bre’auna, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
We believe that authenticity and our devotion of being confident has shaped our success tremendously. In this era of life, people are easily influenced to change who they are and we are just blessed to have a foundation who constantly instilled in us that you can always get far in life just by being your true self.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Ciara: I had aspirations to pursue a career of becoming a high school Volleyball coach initially, but decided to have a sudden career change at the end of obtaining my Bachelor’s. I ended up landing a job in HR and it has been stuck with me ever since. I didn’t know much about it but as time progressed, I felt more confident and obtained my Master’s in management. I learned that not everyone instantly have their life figured out after college and that it takes time through experience to learn what path you would like to take on. I want the world to know that life is meant to be lived and to find happiness no matter what type of a day you are having. I believe that is the mindset Bre and I have when making our content.

Bre’auna: I am a middle school teacher/coach. It was very challenging in becoming certified but it took encouragement from my family and strong faith to overcome such obstacles. I am proud at what I do on a day-to-day basis. Teaching and coaching made me an even greater leader and it is such an honor to guide kids towards their own success. I learned that giving up is not an option and that if you have a dream, chase it. I believe building our channel SimplyCiandBre has been a great journey so far. We may not have the most subscribers just yet but we are still having fun and that is what truly matters. We were shocked to even receive the opportunity to have an interview with you guys. We truly appreciate it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We are huge sports fans and with us being from the DFW area, going to see the Mavericks or Cowboys would definitely be on the top of our list. We would also find more entertainment options such as bowling at pinstacks, music concerts, visiting the Star in Plano, visiting Magnolia wine bar, shopping at the galleria, and more. Food places that we would recommend are Snooze AM Eatery, Blue Sushi Sake grill, Johnny’s Chicken and Waffles, Eddie V’s, First Watch, and so much more.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to our family who has pushed us to create a YouTube channel. They would always mention they could see us having our own show because our sister relationship is just that strong and full of light. There is never a dull moment when we are around each other – just laughs and experiencing life together. They encourage us in many impactful ways and have always been our biggest support system throughout this creative experience.
