We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Magallanes and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chris, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Building something that I was passionate about. Building something that I enjoyed doing and something that felt rewarding.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I think the time we put into our product makes us stand out. Now that our bbq business is doing good, we still continue to pour in the hours to ensure our quality gets better and better. That is our promise to our customers, to always put out the best quality possible.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would have to take them on a bbq crawl. I would take them to Snows bbq in Lexington to see firsthand the fellowship and following bbq in Texas creates.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family. My wife and kids have supported me from day one.
