Hi Bindu, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is undoubtedly my passion for developing other leaders. As an ICF Certified Leadership Coach and author of “Flip the Switch; Unleash Your Leadership Potential,” I am deeply committed to helping individuals recognize and harness their innate leadership abilities. Witnessing others unlock their full potential and achieve success in their leadership roles brings me immense fulfillment and drives my own growth and success.

By guiding aspiring leaders on their journey to realizing their vision and maximizing their impact, I not only contribute to their personal and professional development but also create a ripple effect of positive change within organizations and communities. It is this passion for empowering others to see their full potential and thrive as leaders that has been the cornerstone of my own success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the Founder of Manifest with Bindu, a platform for leaders to embark on a transformative journey of empowerment, growth, and success. I am deeply passionate about providing leadership coaching to leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential.

My mission is to equip leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs with a detailed roadmap to success, complete with measurable outcomes. Whether you’re a seasoned executive looking to enhance your leadership skills or an aspiring entrepreneur ready to take the leap into business ownership, my platform is designed to meet your needs and guide you towards success.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in leadership roles within various corporations, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and insights to the table. My journey, which started from the starting point of businesses to C level positions within organizations, has equipped me with invaluable lessons and strategies for success.

In addition to my corporate background, I am also the author of the book “Flip the Switch; Unleash Your Leadership Potential,” where I share effective leadership strategies and stories from my leadership journey. This book serves as a testament to my commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering others to excel in their leadership roles.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of a Functional Medicine Practice in Frisco, Texas, where I partnered with experienced professionals to bring the vision of “Use Your Body to Heal Your Body” to life. Through strategic partnerships and a focus on leveraging subject matter expertise, we successfully sold our business to a surgical hospital in 2019. This experience reinforced the importance of avoiding reinventing the wheel and empowering others to excel in key roles, ultimately accelerating growth and success.

Continuing my passion for giving back to the community, I partnered with Bloom India, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education to underprivileged children in India. This partnership allows me to contribute to a cause greater than myself and further emphasizes my commitment to giving more than I receive.

As a Leadership Coach, I offer carefully curated retreats, workshops, and conferences designed to address the needs of leadership teams and employees, providing them with the tools and insights they need to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. As a leader, building other successful leaders is my passion!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were to visit, I’d ensure she experiences a week-long immersion in true southern hospitality! As a devoted food enthusiast, I’d curate a delightful culinary journey, exploring the rich tapestry of flavors that Dallas has to offer. From indulging in delectable cuisines at renowned spots in Legacy West, Addision, Bishop Arts, Trinity Grove, and Sundance Square in Fort Worth, to savoring unique delights from food trucks at Klyde Warren Park, our taste buds would be in for a treat. Of course, we’d also take in the cultural scene with a visit to the Dallas Museum of Art, and indulge in some retail therapy at the Galleria and North Park Mall. And no visit would be complete without exploring the wonders of the Perot Museum. It would be a week filled with unforgettable experiences and cherished memories!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am profoundly grateful to acknowledge the invaluable mentorship of Stephanie Sullivan in my journey as a leader. Over 20 years ago, Stephanie played a pivotal role in shaping me into the leader I am today by fearlessly pushing me out of my comfort zone. Her unwavering belief in my potential and her steadfast guidance have left an indelible mark on my leadership journey.

Stephanie’s ability to challenge and inspire me to reach beyond my perceived limits has been instrumental in my growth and development. Her guidance, wisdom, and encouragement have not only propelled me forward but have also instilled in me the confidence and resilience needed to navigate the complexities of leadership.

I owe a significant debt of gratitude to Stephanie for her mentorship, support, and belief in my abilities. Without her guidance, I would not have been able to realize my full potential as a leader.
