Hi Bella, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Consistency in everything has helped me succeed.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Realtor and the team owner for Bellisimas Homes Team. The team name was originated from my name – Bella. It means beautiful, so my main focus is in beautiful homes. Whether you are selling, buying or investing, it’s always about the reasons for the purchase. A home is created from the love, the attention that it’s poured into that creates lifetime memories. It’s like the saying, “its not how big the house is, it’s how happy it is” . This is our brand, we invest into our clientele with the most highest quality of service. We bring our passion, work ethics, our design background, and love for humanity into every transaction. We want to create beautiful memorable experiences with all of our services. No this wasn’t easy, we first had to build clientele who would trust us. It took consistency, perseverance and staying positive. I had to start from zero, in a saturated market of many agents. But deep inside I believed, that as long I stayed in my lane, that I would attract the clients that had my same beliefs. I always tell new agents, that every Realtor will attract their own clients with their similar personalities. It’s about about how much work are you willing to put into before giving up. I never give up.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Dallas has some really nice attractions. I would take them to explore the Design District Center, were they can shop for their personal home or business projects. I would recommend their stay at Virgin Hotel, the Omni or the Lorenzo Hotel. These are fabulous, artistic hotels with great services. We would have to stop by Ascension for coffee, and meetings, They serve one of my favorites cappuccino and breakfast croissant sandwiches. As for dinner we would have to eat lobster and steak at Ocean Prime. Their steak is so tender and the lobster soft and delicious.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost is my God. God has created in me a fearless woman. I have been put through so many life lessons that I have learned to be courageous and bold. But deep down its my faith, my believe system and the Holy Spirit that has given me whispers to my paths. My Father plays a major impact on these principals. He taught me to be the best in everything, and it did not matter how huge or small it was. He used to push me to be a strong woman and never settle for less. He loved me so much, I saw his endless efforts to provide for us emotionally and financially. We had many business plans, but his life was cut short. I am living the legend he left behind and I will carry to my generations to come.
