We had the good fortune of connecting with Anthony Dempsey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anthony, what do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my commitment to giving each and every client the best experience possible. Regardless of the event size, I work hard to give each performance next-level entertainment and audience engagement. I’m not just a magician – I’m a team player striving to elevate my clients’ events into an unforgettable experience that will leave a lasting impression on everyone who is lucky enough to be there.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The most recent achievement that I’m proud of is my appearance on the hit television show, Penn and Teller: Fool Us! As a comedy magician, my routine focused on being crazy and out of the ordinary. Countless people reached out to let me know that I had some of the funniest moments in the television show’s history. My goal was to make an impact and stand out from the crowd. Thankfully I was able to achieve that and do things that had never been done before. It was a wonderful experience and I am thankful for the opportunity.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When I have friends visiting from out of town I have a few must-visit destinations. Some of my favorite places to take people are The Dallas Museum of Modern Art, The Kimball Art Museum, The Fort Worth Water Gardens, The Dallas Arboretum, The Curiosity Antiques, Klyde Warren Park, Mitsuwa Marketplace and Meow Wolf. For delicious food we will hit up Marugame Udon, Coco Ichibanya, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Rodeo Goat, Somi Somi, and of course, Whataburger!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife and daughter are my biggest supporters. They help me with every aspect of the business and are my inspiration to keep moving forward and never settle. I would be nowhere without them!
