As a Business Success Manager with Flourish Media Co, I understand firsthand that growth happens in collaboration! Flourish Media is literally flourishing because we understand the unique responsibilities, pressures, and external and internal factors that are sometimes out of the entrepreneur’s control. Due to this experience, Flourish Media was able to cultivate strategic marketing solutions for our clients with small or limited teams, to help them create or maintain the celebrity factor in their respective industries WITHOUT experiencing burnout.

Having the opportunity to be in a creative career offers endless opportunities to grow, develop, and positively impact the world around me. With Flourish Media, I get the ability to do both through collaborating and supporting the goals of the Flourish team AND other entrepreneurs!

After all, GROWTH happens in collaboration! We want to help our clients get to the money faster and that means; effective communication, investments in the right solutions, and leveraging partners for smart marketing. We approach every client differently but with the same proven processes. We take every client through a 13 Point Assessment so we can clearly define success for each client. Then we reverse engineer a marketing solution custom to that desire.

We work as a team to create the perfect solutions for our clients using social media, email marketing, photography, public relations, event production, and government contracts. Solo-entrepreneurs average less than $50,000 take home pay. We understand why it’s challenging them to justify hiring support. They need to pinch every penny.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a newcomer to the area myself, I am still discovering all of the exciting areas and places to visit.

So far, I have been enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings and trails such as the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. I’ve also been discovering the Shops at Legacy for their variety of stores, restaurants and nightlife entertainment and attending events at the Toyota Music Factory.

Lastly, I do consider myself a “big kid” at heart, so I also enjoy a fun-filled day with my son, family and friends, playing laser tag, bowling, mini golf and arcade games at the Main Event Center. There’s so much to do in Plano and North Dallas as a whole!

All of the credit and recognition for the success of Flourish Media Co is the direct result of the efforts of Vivian Olodun & Dr. Tracy Timberlake listening to our lifestyle entrepreneurs. In 2016, Vivian Olodun & Dr. Tracy Timberlake held a matchmaking event in Miami, FL. The ladies raised $15 million dollars and held a business conference to introduce women business owners with the collection of funders and investors. After that first conference, the women business owners asked the ladies, “How did you get seventy-eight of us to show up with no community and no prior event? Can you do that for me and my company?” The ladies answered by creating Flourish Media, a marketing training and development company that replicated the same methods for consistent results. As such, Flourish Media has served hundreds of small businesses to make their offers irresistible to their niche audiences and convert them into clients, customers, and champions for their brands. As the Flourish Media team grows, I am excited to be a part of the Flourish Media Tribe as we continue to help other business owners find joy through entrepreneurship.
