We had the good fortune of connecting with Adan Ventura and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adan, what are you most proud of in terms of your business?
We feel very proud because in each event we fulfill our main objective, which is to unite families, friends, or coworkers, enjoying a good atmosphere, a good Paella, and memories to stay forever.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
our business comes to bring about a change in the catering area and with this, we solve a need that the city lacked, which is live cooking, we cook in front of clients and guests where they can have a beautiful experience of seeing, smelling and enjoying We have been in the business for 3 years and we have been well received by our clients, I got my experience in Spain where I lived for 7 years where I lived closely their culture and gastronomy especially in the city of Valencia where the paella was born. During these 3 years, we have had changes to improve and we already have the flamenco show thanks to the support of a professional such as Jenny La Lobilla Flamenco and the live guitarist show, we offer tapas including the Iberico Ham cut and a variety of up to 6 paellas, of course, the TRADICIONAL Paella Valenciana. In the professional field, we were finalists in the international Paella contest that took place in Washington in 2019 where around 30 professional chefs participated, all that experience is now in our paellas, today in these difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have applied, Even more, our market niche offering vacuum-packed paella which has been very well accepted, we make deliveries without contact and you can enjoy it at any time. As a brand we focus on professionalism, we take care of the small details and we transmit that we offer a product with a history behind it, using top-quality ingredients.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

The first thing I would do is invite him to enjoy the best paella in town in Tasty Paella, then he would take him to the Art District area which is one of my favorites in the city, a couple of days later he would take him to one of My favorite Tex-Mex restaurants AnaSofias in Allen TX where they serve the best fajitas and melted cheese with mushrooms not to mention the frozen margaritas. If he was necessary and needed a good haircut, I would recommend Barber Nelson the best in Plano TX and if the weather favors him he would invite him to take a boat ride on Lake Rowlet, I think after this he would ask me to find him a place to live because you will not want to return from this wonderful city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Deeply grateful first of all to God for opening the doors and allowing me to grow in what I love most is cooking, I know that he is the one who has put the right people to build this dream, my wife Yasmin Valladares for her unconditional support, special thanks to Veronica Sauto and her company “Saltus Training Group” she has been a solid pillar at the beginning of our career as entrepreneurs. Also to the organization of DREAM SPRING and LiftFund who are those who believed in us and helped us with financial support, my personal mentor Hernan Quezada Junior who helped me see the possibilities we have and can be achieved with discipline and finally my family for the unconditional support in all this way that we still want to continue traveling and learning, above all offering the best of us to our clients. my favorite book the myth of an entrepreneur.
