Hi Leesa, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my business is God! Trusting him and his guidance is what has got me where I am today in my business. Another important factor are my clients. I am inspired by each one of my clients and the hard work and dedication they have put into making home ownership a reality for themselves.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a local realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex I specialize in selling new construction homes and guiding first time home owners. Guiding my clients and educating them through the whole process so they feel prepared for their purchase or sell of their home is the utmost importance to me as this is the biggest transaction of their life. Working in real estate is not for the faint of heart it takes hard work, passion, dedication, consistency and a lot of time to build yourself to success. It has shown me if you really want something you have to go out there and get it. Hustle hard everyday and find new and innovative ways to help and meet new clients as real estate is an evolving industry. You have to stay informed and updated on how things will impact the market and your clients so that you’re able to service them the best way possible. My business is based on true passion from the heart and faith in God. I believe when you truely love what you do you have the best interest at heart for your clients and it allows you to service them in a way that they will gain their trust so they are comfortable with your guidance and services.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was in town for a week I would take them to experience all Dallas/Fort Worth has to offer such as the Fort Worth Stockyards, botanical gardens, Galleria Mall, Texas Live District, zoos and aquariums! I would take them to shop at local boutiques and eat at places like Velvet Taco, Heim’s BBQ and other local restaurants!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my kids! Everything I do I do it for them and they inspire me to be the best version of myself not only for them but for my clients as well. I strive to show them that hard work , passion, and dedication will make you successful. I also want to shoutout my mentor Naomi Jones who has played a huge role in helping my business grow into what it has today. She is always there to motivate me, help guide me, and grow as a person.
