As a yoga instructor, I find joy in seeing students progress and being witness to their transformative experiences. Over the years, I have seen students embrace the practice of yoga on, and off the mat. When you’re witness to someone’s personal relationship and dedication to the practice, it is exceedingly rewarding. I am grateful to be able to work closely with private clients to help them find relief from pain and discomfort through personalized stretching and breath work. Few things are more gratifying than taking part in increasing another persons quality of life. The community that yoga creates is truly life-changing and healing.
