We EBC Teens are a youth organization who aim to create a global community of powerful citizens and compassionate leaders. Composed of young adults between 13 and 23, this platform drives the youth to consciously work towards creating one world – one family. As a recruiter, it is my job to go out and find the highest qualified individual who wants to either serve and/or use the military as a stepping stone to reach their professional goals. In addition, we as recruiters conduct numerous volunteering events within the community. Even though our main mission is to seek the Nation’s finest, we enjoy giving back and helping our neighbors build and maintain the community. My aim with my business is to help sensitive introverts find inner peace and calmness through the gentle practice of Yin Yoga – at home or while they are traveling. Because let’s face it: Most of us are almost constantly and 24/7 surrounded by far too much Yang energy in our fast-paced world – from our daily work and family duties to our very own leisure activities, we often feel the pressure to perform and function faultlessly round the clock. The result is that we regularly feel overwhelmed or excessively stressed, especially when we consider ourselves (highly) sensitive (HSP) and experience strong reactions to sensory stimuli on a regular basis. Yard Card Queen Harrisburg has helped brighten days for many people on several occasions. Providing Yard Card Greetings to individuals that are ill and unable to interact with their families reminds them just how loved they are. Providing Yard Card Memorial Greetings for homicide victims has been therapeutic for some. We have provided memorial Greetings free of cost to families or at a discounted rate; that is another way we have given back. Lastly we sponsor at least one Senior each year a Yard Card Greeting. The Recipient’s guardian for The Class of 2022 has already been notified. Yard Card Queen Harrisburg also participated in Soles for Souls in Baltimore, Md; we purchased school sneakers for 4 children. Read more>>
